It starts with a deep sense of listening and connecting, which translate the same way when you move to the work with horses.
Genuine feedback, clear but challenging assignments, team work...a lot is happening during these few hours and long after.

J avais peur des chevaux et grâce à la bienveillance et le professionnalisme de Nadia j ai réussi à combatte cette appréhension. L’ensemble de cette offre management et équations est à faire absolument. On comprends mieux l’appréhension d’un management sans discours mais uniquement par le geste.
