A managerial training programme derived from the field and elite sport, designed to develop stable, clear, high-performing and sustainable leadership.

The programme Performance Manager supports managers and teams in strengthening their posture, clarity of thought, and decision-making ability in demanding, evolving, or high-pressure environments.

Drawing on 25 years of field experience and the principles of high-level sport, it aims to transform sometimes fluctuating managerial behaviours into stable, clear, and directly operational practices.

The aim is not to “train” in management, but to concretely change how we act, decide, and lead – in our day-to-day reality.

It starts with a deep sense of listening and connecting, which translate the same way when you move to the work with horses.
Genuine feedback, clear but challenging assignments, team work...a lot is happening during these few hours and long after.

J avais peur des chevaux et grâce à la bienveillance et le professionnalisme de Nadia j ai réussi à combatte cette appréhension. L’ensemble de cette offre management et équations est à faire absolument. On comprends mieux l’appréhension d’un management sans discours mais uniquement par le geste.
