Abu Dhabi Conference ADIHEX 2025

Multinational groups were facing a challenge from their C-level managers, with performance being tested during a period of tension. Following the implementation of the programme (EquiCoaching + mental preparation), managers gained stability, decision-making accelerated, and the clarity of the quality of interactions took precedence. Internal tensions significantly decreased. Performance became stable despite a demanding context.
